Return & Refund Policy

Request eligible returns within 30 days of delivery by contacting service@zunpex.com with your order number, reason and relevant photographs.

Items should be unused, in substantially their received condition and include components and packaging where reasonably possible. Wear, misuse or missing parts may affect eligibility. Clearly disclosed hygiene-sensitive, personalized or final-sale exclusions may apply, subject to law.

Wait for approval and the designated return address. Do not automatically send merchandise to our registered address. Follow instructions for packaging the item.

Report damage, defects, wrong items or missing components promptly. After review, we may arrange replacement, reshipment or refund. Applicable return costs for our errors are covered by us.

Change-of-mind return postage may be your responsibility. Original delivery fees are generally not refundable unless our error or law requires it. Approved refunds follow inspection and use the original payment method. Bank posting times vary.

Exchanges depend on availability. Contact us promptly for cancellations; fulfillment may prevent changes. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
